When booking a wedding package with Stylish Outdoor Weddings, a 40% deposit is required to secure your choice of package and date. This is non-refundable. If the wedding is 12 months away or more, a $200 deposit is required to secure the date and this is also non-refundable.
Final payment MUST be made 14 days before the date of the wedding or event.
Payment can be made in person by arranging an appointment ( cash only no eftpos ) or bank deposit. ( Receipt given )
In the event of bad weather, a backup plan is advisable and Stylish Outdoor Weddings are happy to presume with the ceremonies setup at the allocated premises.
Most times this would be the Reception venue.
If the backup plan is required, at least 3 hours' notice is to be given by the customer.
Stylish Outdoor Weddings may advise backup plan if bad weather warnings have been issued.
All of our carpets cannot be used in the rain or on wet ground. Any stains on carpets will result in dry cleaning bill for the hirer. If a stain cannot be removed, cost of replacement will be charged to the hirer.
A security bond as well as cost of hire is taken on all items hired out if the customer chooses DIY.
The security bond is refunded on the return of undamaged items.
